We are looking for a few quality Personal Assistants to provide the same loving care, compassion and patience that they would offer their most cherished family member or loved one.

Each Senior Care of Alaska, Inc. (SCA) Personal Assistant is screened, trained, insured and bonded for safety and security. Only Personal Assistants exhibiting the highest level of attentiveness, compassion, moral character, professionalism and fun attitude become members of the SCA team. We strive to build an elite team of Personal Assistants unlike any other in the business and encourage you to be part of it!

Once hired, all Senior Care of Alaska Personal Assistants will be required to study and obtain and therefore benefit from the Certified Companion Aide (CCA) certification. This National certification covers nineteen (19) areas of study such as communication, personal care, mental health and illness, disability issues and nutritional needs of clients. Staff may also benefit from our one-of-a-kind training program developed in cooperation with nationally recognized home care-training experts. Senior Care of Alaska values continuing education for Personal Assistants to keep them up-to-date on current issues surrounding our aging friends and families.

FOR OUR CLIENT'S SAFETY YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE US WITH A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR DRIVING RECORD, WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED IN PERSON OR ONLINE AT THE ALASKA DMV. A MAINTAINED AUTOMOBILE IS REQUIRED FOR USE ON THE JOB.
